Who can buy from The Luxury Exchange?
We are happy to service the needs of collectors, investors, accumulators, financial planners, brokerage houses, banks, dealers, speculators, and wholesalers.
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order size. In addition, shipping is FREE on all orders of $199 or more.
Do you have a maximum order?
We do not, but for security purposes, we must process orders over $5,000 via phone. We may also require a deposit for orders of $10,000 or more.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we have confirmed an order, it cannot be canceled. We urge our clients to carefully review the details of their order and their overall financial situation before placing an order. If payment is not received for an order, you may be liable under our Market Loss Policy.
Can I change my order after it’s been confirmed?
Due to the highly automated nature of our fulfillment department, we cannot change orders after they have been confirmed.
Can I return the items?
The Luxury Exchange guarantees your satisfaction with any item we sell. In the unlikely event that a product fails to meet your expectations, please contact us at info@theluxuryexchangems.com or by phone at 601-720-3144 within five (3) calendar days of receiving your order. We will do everything possible to resolve any issues you may have.
Shipping
Is there a fee for shipping and/or insurance?
We offer free insured shipping for all orders of $199 or more. Want to order less than $199? No problem; just $6.95 - $13.95 will be added to your order.
Need it fast? For certain orders, we offer to expedite your shipment to overnight delivery service for a small additional fee.
How will my package be shipped?
Most of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We may also use FedEx or UPS depending on order size ($ amount and physical size/weight) and insurance factors. Regardless of shipping method, all items are shipped in a secure, nondescript, and discrete manner for your security and ours.
When will my order ship?
Except for pre-orders, orders generally ship within one (1) business day of receiving cleared funds. However, our policy is that all orders will ship no later than 2-3 business days after receiving cleared funds unless otherwise noted on a listing. Please review our payment policy to see how your payment method affects how quickly your funds are considered cleared.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will be contacted with up-to-date tracking information by email when your package(s) ships.
Will I have to sign for my order when it arrives?
All shipments of $1000 or more include a signature confirmation and will require a signature for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
In the extremely rare occurrence that your shipment has not arrived and is considered lost, please contact us immediately so that we may begin the claims process. If there is an issue with your order such as missing or damaged coins/bars, you must contact us within 3 business days of the receipt of your shipment. Please retain your packing slip as it has the necessary information for verification purposes.

Notes: Checks must be mailed and postmarked within one business day of order confirmation and received by The Luxury Exchange within five (5) business days following order confirmation.
Is there a discount for paying by check or wire?
Yes. We offer a no-fee discount if you pay with bank wire, personal check, cashier's check, certified check, money order, business check, or bill pay check.
What if my payment isn’t received within the applicable period?
We reserve the right to cancel your order and you may be liable under our Market Loss Policy.

Due to the fluctuating market values of coins and bullion products, returns may not be available for all products. In some cases, we can offer exchanges.
